Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free within India. Delivery depends on the serviceability of your PIN code. International charges, where available, are shown at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. India delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. These are estimates; remote locations and busy festive periods can take longer. See shipping details.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available only if shown for your order.
How do I track an order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch. Visit tracking help.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email Contact@solnox.in with your order number as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.
Can I return an item?
Eligible unused, unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, with original packaging, tags and seals intact. Conditions and exclusions apply. Please report damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete orders within 48 hours. Read the complete return policy.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Products may be dispatched by different supply partners, so items in the same order can arrive separately. Shipping remains free within India.
